Functional Medicine Detox

We come into contact with thousands of toxins on a daily basis, no matter how hard we try to avoid them, we can’t avoid them all. As they accumulate in our body they can contribute to weight gain, brain fog, fatigue, bloating and more. That’s why it’s important to do a functional medicine detox regularly to gently remove harmful toxins and help to rebalance the body at an underlying root cause level. The liver is our largest detox organ, but it wasn’t designed to keep up with the large amount of pesticides, pollutants and toxins that we are constantly exposed to. In order for the liver to be able to maintain its ability to function properly, it must be given key nutrients for both phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification.

You can choose to do either a 7, 14 or 21 day detox. The length of time depends upon your wellness goals and budget. For a full reset, or if it’s your first time, it’s recommended to do the 21 day detox, this is how I started myself.

Not sure which length is right for you? Take my free Toxicity Quiz to find out what’s recommended for you based on your symptoms.

While I offer quarterly group detoxes, you can do this on your own schedule and still get support inside my private Facebook group. We will focus on intermittent fasting, clean eating, specifically timed meals and self care while using both Functional medicine and Ayurvedic supplements. There is no need to go through this alone. While this doesn’t replace 1:1 coaching, it’s a great place to get started.

Sign up for the length you choose below. The link to order your kit(s) will be in the first email and take you thru a week of prep while you wait for your kit to arrive. Day 1 of your detox will start 7 days later so it’s best to sign up for the emails once you are ready to commit. The price for one kit is $99. You will need 3 kits for the 21 day which is $269-$297.
